Noor's Crochet is a small handmade business in Pakistan. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you use crochetbynoor.cc.cd, why we collect it, and what happens to it. The short version: we only collect what we need to take your order, and we never sell your information to anyone.

1. Who we are

Noor's Crochet — handmade crochet, amigurumi, bags and forever flowers, made to order and delivered across Pakistan. You can reach us any time on WhatsApp or at crochetbynoor@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Account details — if you create an account: your name, your email address and/or phone number, and a password. Passwords are stored only in securely hashed (scrambled) form — we can never see them.
• Google sign-in — if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your name and email address from your Google profile. We receive nothing else from your Google account, and we never post anything to it.
• Order details — the items, quantities and delivery information you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok when placing an order.
• Messages and reviews — if you send us a message or leave a review through the website, we keep the name, contact and text you chose to send.

3. What we do with it

• To make and deliver your orders, and to keep you updated about them.
• To pre-fill your name and number in your order message, so checkout is faster.
• To reply to your questions and messages.
• To keep your account working when you return.

4. Payments

Payments are arranged directly with you when we confirm your order (for example cash on delivery or bank transfer over WhatsApp). Card numbers never pass through this website, and we don't store payment details.

5. Where your data lives & how it's protected

Account information is stored in our secure database, transferred over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and protected with industry-standard password hashing and access controls. Only Noor's Crochet can access it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account and order history for as long as your account is active, so repeat orders stay easy. If you'd like your data deleted, just say the word:

• Message us on WhatsApp or email crochetbynoor@gmail.com with "delete my account".
• We remove your account and personal details within 7 days and confirm it to you.

7. Your choices

• Creating an account is always optional — you can order as a guest through WhatsApp at any time.
• You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, whenever you like.
• You can sign out of this website at any time from the account menu.

8. Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with an updated date. We'll never make it sneakier. 🙂
